i’ve got love handles to lose and a MONKEYBAR installed in my garden, the only thing I need is which exercises will trim my fat.
I’m not much of a fan for pumping iron, I’d rather opt for body weight.

best workout.. agreed. no need for expensive gym membership (however.. one advantage the gym does have over the playground is .. weatherproof). for legs.. i recommend working out with someone your own size and do special forces emergency carry and squat with your friends weight.

@mehitsanthony Go early in the morning. That’s what I do and it is always free of kids. That way you have it all to yourself.
